In collaboration with RFSI’s Retirement team, he is able to provide the level of customization required to meet each client’s unique set of objectives. Mr. Strother and his team work closely with Plan Sponsors and their Participants to identify issues, examine all potential shortfalls, and to adopt the optimal blend of programs for a successful retirement plan.
Increasingly more and more companies and organizations are turning to their advisors to support them through a variety of less conventional solutions including advisory/consulting services. In today’s increasingly competitive environment, many companies must seek to retain highly productive talent and executives by offering unique benefits in the form of non-qualified strategies as a way of ensuring the long-term success of the entity.
With 10,000 people retiring from the workforce daily there is a growing demand for practitioners focused squarely on providing personalized retirement counseling and income distribution planning. By working intimately with those who are retiring, or are close to retiring, Mr. Strother has the capability to understand the numerous obstacles facing retirees and to synthesize everything into an easy-to-understand individualized blueprint for each and every client. The needs of retirees can range greatly from income distribution planning to proper asset allocation, or to identifying gaps in one’s insurance portfolio (e.g., long-term care insurance, disability insurance, and life insurance). Through the use of his thorough and comprehensive approach, clients gain the confidence to work towards their financial goals.
